• Decision to order the wristbands was made and Dave will place the order. These bands are to be worn in the pit area. Members will wear them and any non-member may purchase a "race night band" to be worn for that race. This is for safety purposes.
• Candy money is due.
• Rule book and bylaws were finalized with a few updates and will be printed.

Upcoming events:

• Business showcase at the JM McDonald facility this Saturday (4/4/09). MMC will have a booth with information and cars on display.
• Chicken BBQ and can drive 4/11/09 at Doug's power sports. Volunteers needed to help. We are setting up and starting early (between 6:30-7:00am) Goal is to sell 200!!!
• Applebee pancake breakfast 4/19/09. Volunteers needed to help. We need to be at Applebees by 7:45 AM. Ken will be calling members by 4/10/09 to get a ticket count. Goal is to sell 300 tickets!!!
• MMC will be providing the chicken for Cortland Regional Medical Center employee picnic on 5/13/09.  500 halves have been ordered and 800 pieces will need to be prepared by 11:00 for the lunch shift.  Volunteers needed.

Track Update:

• Flaggers are needed.
• Back up race director for Dave.
• There are a few cracks and areas of concern that will need to be repaired.
• Dumpster needed.
• Possibly getting old race tires instead of hay bales. This will be done a little at a time.
• Replacing of hay bales. 
• Replacing parts for the BBQ pit.

Tech and track clean up:

• April 18th work day, tech and registration
• April 25th and 26th work day, tech and registration.  Volunteers needed to help with clean up.
