Meeting Minutes

Roll Call: Dave Dann, Tammie Homer, Dave Kelly, Steve Card, Steve Wood, Lloyd & Kathy Hatfield, Ken Romer, Richie

Patrick, Lee Sherwood  Old Business: Rules and Bylaws were reviewed and finalized for distribution when the season starts.  New Business:

• Member meeting this Sunday at Cortlandville Fire Department. Member information was reviewed for distribution on Sunday.
• Looking for a laptop computer to be donated to the club to help with record keeping.
• Wrist band purchase for members to wear in the pit area. (for insurance purposes). Non members would be able to purhcase a " one night only"  wrist band for $ 5.00.  Non members would need to sign in at the scoring tower and receive a wrist band for the evening. The non member would wear a different color than the Midstate member.
